English club for kids is conducted at Gogol library every Tuesday, Thursday  and Friday at 11am.English club is a new way of developing of a child . Library supports new ideas and clubs where people could enjoy and spend usefully their time on developing.

On June 23^rd 2015 Amanzholova D.B. - director of regional research library named after Gogol N.V. had a meeting with guests as Katherine Kaetzer-Hodson– Cultural Affairs Attaché, NealofarPanjshiri– Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs Regional Alumni Coordinator, Tyler Vanlandingham– Intern. Alumni of different programs were visiting the meeting. Active alumni were Volkova Olga - alumna of CC program, volunteer of American Corner

On the  June 21 AC users learnt  more  about  holidays in the U.S.A. Olga Volkova, CC Program alumna shared  the information.

The United States is one of the few countries in the world that has an official day on which fathers are honored by  their children.

American Corner Karaganda had an English speaking club dedicated to the National Symbols of Kazakhstan. Olga Volkova CC program alumni conducted the  meeting. Participants spoke about Kazakhstan, its national symbols, what is their origin and history.

Symbols are drawings, signs or words that have a particular importance for a group of people. Symbols have existed since ancient times. Flags, emblems,logos were identifying

Education provides us with knowledge about the world. It paves the way for a good career. It helps build character. It leads to enlightenment. Education makes a man complete.  Do you want your child to be enlightened?  Sure, every parent  wants.
