The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the basic law of our state, which has the highest legal force, direct effect and is applied throughout the territory of Kazakhstan. The Constitution is in the first place among the legislatively defined basic normative legal acts. The analysis of the norms of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan convinces that all its key provisions are directly related to anti-corruption issues. Corruption negatively affects the political and civil institutions of the State and poses a serious threat to the future development of the country. The Constitution should be considered as a program, the main legal mechanism, the basis for the fight against corruption.

April 7 marks the 250th anniversary of the birth of the English romantic poet William Wordsworth.
An outstanding English poet, representative of the "lake school", William Wordsworth (Wordsworth) was born on April 7, 1770 in the County of Cumberland.
In 1779, the young William Wordsworth was sent to the grammar school in Hawkshead (North Lancashire), where he brought an excellent knowledge of ancient Philology and mathematics and a well-read English poetry. In Hawkshead, the future poet devoted much time to his favorite pastime-walking.
Together with S. T. Coleridge and R. Southey, Wordsworth belongs to the group of romantic poets who composed the "lake school".
